About the trails
Up to twenty kilometres of trail, walked for ten years and never the same twice, through hardwood forest, over five peaks and down to the water. Every branch leads somewhere you have not been yet: a ridge with the valley laid out below it, a stretch of river with nobody on it, a clearing that only exists at one time of year. Take an hour or take the whole day. The land is big enough to get lost in, and small enough to find your way back.
Every trail on the land
Four hundred private acres of ridge, wetland and stone, and a network of trails that reaches every corner of it. Every branch is yours to wander, and the map is georeferenced: load it on your phone before you come, open it in Avenza Maps or any GPS map reader, and it will show you where you are with no signal at all.
The view from the top
Every climb on the land ends like this: the forest falling away below you, the valley opening south, and the morning mist still lying in the folds of the hills. Some mornings you will have it entirely to yourself.
Before you go
Nothing out here is paved or groomed, and that is the point. A few things worth knowing before your first walk.
