This cozy cabin is located at the heart of LeTerrain's 430-acre wilderness, at the edge of a 300 ft. vertical drop. The cabin is overlooking the beautiful river valley where it is not uncommon to hear wolves howling at the moon.

Amenities
Your experience starts with a 15-20 minute hike from the main log house. Please be sure to arrive well before dark and pack lightly.
We are also offering a shuttle service for your luggage up to Dogstar. Each way is 30$ and available from 3.00pm - 5.00pm on the check-in day and from 10am - 12pm on the check-out day. For special arrangements contact us directly.
The loft sleeps 2, and there is a fold out couch for 2 additional guests.
There is a bathroom with a modern eco toilet.
We provide delicious, tested deep-country well water in the 5-gallon jug, propane for the stovetop, BBQ, and heater. There is everything you need in the kitchen, simple pots and pans, plates, cutlery and stovetop coffee maker. There is a wood stove in the cabin as well and a cooler for your food and drinks. We will provide firewood during the winter months (Oct-March) for 20$/night.
The back porch is a gem of a place to spend an afternoon/evening. Have a nap after hiking through the wilderness. Prepare a BBQ while overlooking the valley. Sleep under the stars.
There is no running water and no WiFi however, there are a couple of bars of cell reception at the cabin so you can usually squeeze text and email through. The moderate solar power is set up for lights.
All you need to bring is your bedding and food and ice for the cooler!
Other amenities: cleaning products, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarm, fire pit, outdoor furniture.
NOTE: Although the cabin is perfectly set up and very comfortable and cosy, you may see a mouse! Keep your food packed away at night.
