Ancient Ruins of LeTerrain

LeTerrain was once an island in the ancient Champlain Sea!

All 22 ancient stone complexes I have found exist on those ancient islands. Not one would have been ‘underwater’

(even ‘Trois Cent’ which appears to be in the water is at 230m so would have been on a small island if this simulation was modelled at 230m rather than 240m) The Champlain Sea shores were at approximately 220-240m in elevation.

watch the sea recede over 10,000 years!!

For those of you who still might believe that the European settlers may have constructed these vast and prolific sites please watch below!

More than a magical wilderness, LeTerrain was home to the ancients…

Stone Ruins of LeTerrain

One of eleven constructs that form a stone circle with circumference of 750m.

One of eleven constructs that form a stone circle with circumference of 750m.

In the spring of 2019 we discovered some interesting stone constructs on a high open hill… deep in the forest.

We speculate that these sites were created long ago by an unknown civilization. We do not know much about these people or what these colossal structures meant to them but there is growing interest in them and their thousands of clusters throughout the northeast.

The Mystery Continues…
