How it works

LeTerrain Wilderness Parkā€™s membership model is based on protecting by sharing. This is a peopleā€™s park and an innovative new model for wilderness conservation and access.

This is our first year offering memberships, and we welcome your feedback and ideas as to how best to accomplish our mutual goals.

There are 2 membership levels: Earth and Sky. Once you purchased your membership, you have access to the membership area where you can book your day & night passes and/or cabins.

(Couples hack: if you plan on always coming together buy one Earth and one Sky and you are covered!)

All memberships include:

  • Full access to all 430 acres, on or off trail.

  • LT day passes are free for both Earth Members and Sky Members.

  • Stargazing is free for both Earth & Sky members in our designated stargazing area. Book your night pass (from dusk until midnight).

  • Only 10 LT day passes are available daily, so we recommend booking ahead.

  • Beautiful geotagged trail map and mobile app.

  • Tours by Ranger Steve such as ā€œThe Ancient Ruins of LeTerrainā€ or ā€œThe 6 Peak,ā€ are announced via email.

  • Festivals, events and gatherings. Get notified about upcoming dates.

  • The Magical Wooden Yurt, with its picnic table and outhouse, is a common area accessible to all members with a day pass. The Yurt is also available as a meeting point or emergency shelter. Please respect this common area and leave it as you find it, as you would anywhere else in the park.

Earth Members only:

  • Earth Members can book cabins for only 100$/night.

  • Bring up to 3 other members (Earth or Sky) at no additional cost when booking a cabin. The non-member fee for additional guests is 20$/night.
